CHISINAU (Moldova), August 25 (SeeNews) – Moldova said on Tuesday it has completed the construction of a 170 million lei ($15.2 million/10.6 million euro) gas pipeline in the northwestern part of the country. The 99.2-kilometre pipeline, which links Moldova's northern town of Balti with the western town of Ungheni on the border with Romania, became operational on August 25, the country's state-owned gas utility Moldovagaz said in a statement.
