November 9 (SeeNews) - Macedonian blue-chip heating utility company Toplifikacija said on Friday it swung to preliminary pre-tax profit of 158.5 million denars ($3.8 million/2.6 million euro) for the first nine months of 2007 from a loss of 33.7 million denars a year earlier after the government ceased setting domestic energy prices.
