The partnership between local construction firms Udha and Ndergjoni won with an offer lower than the estimated budget of 230.4 million leks, ADF said in a tender winner’s notice on Monday.

The project involves the construction of an amphitheatre, sports fields, playgrounds and panoramic stairs within eight months.

Udha was established in 2007 in the north-eastern city of Diber according to the business register. It is wholly owned by local businessman Arben Cela. Ndregjoni was founded in 1994 in the capital Tirana, and is wholly owned by local businessman Xhetan Ndregjoni.
