Ljubljana stock indices rise in higher turnover

The blue-chip SBITOP index ended at 1,552.50 points, up 0.69%, while the SBITOP TR index, which also tracks dividend distribution, also went up 0.69% to 2,108.34 points, LJSE data showed.

Insurer Zavarovalnica Triglav [LJE:ZVTG] paced the blue-chip gainers, closing up 1.93%, to 36.90 euro.

Pharmaceutical company Krka [LJE:KRKG] generated the highest single turnover on the bourse on Wednesday, of 748,112 euro. Krka closed up 0.74% at 136.50 euro.

Daily regulated market turnover came in at 1.6 million euro ($1.7 million) on Wednesday up from 1.1 million euro on Tuesday.
