Ljubljana stock indices go up, Sava Re paces gainers

May 23 (SeeNews) - The two stock indices on the Ljubljana Stock Exchange (LJSE) rose on Thursday, with reinsurer Sava Re [LJE:POSR] pacing the blue-chip gainers, bourse data showed.

Sava Re's shares went up 1.82% to 33.60 euro on Thursday, LJSE data showed.

Pharmaceutical company Krka [LJE:KRKG] was the most traded company on the bourse, generating a turnover of 1.2 million euro. Krka's share price increased by 1.20% and closed at 127.0 euro.

The blue-chip SBITOP index closed at 1,489.61 points, up 0.41%, whereas the SBITOP TR index, which also tracks dividend distribution, also grew 0.41%, ending the trading session at 2,015.80 points.

Total daily regulated market turnover totalled 2.1 million euro ($2.3 million) on Thursday, down from 3.0 million euro on Wednesday.
