December 13 (SeeNews) - Romanian plastics manufacturer Romcarbon [BSE:ROCE] said that it has signed a preliminary agreement to sell a land plot in Buzau for 1.63 million euro ($1.82 million) to LIDL Romania, where the retail chain intends to build a new store.
The sale should be finalised not seller than September 30, 2021, and is conditional upon the receival of all necessary permits for building the store, Romcarbon said in a bourse filing on Thursday.

LIDL Romania will pay the price in three installments - 30% by September 30, 2020, a further 40% by May 30, 2021, and the remaining 30% by September 30, 2021.
Romcarbon shares closed unchanged at 0.1165 lei on the Bucharest Stock Exchange on Thursday.
