December 23 (SeeNews) - The gross written premiums (GWPs) of insurance companies operating in Kosovo rose 13.5% year-on-year to 121 million euro ($128.4 million) in the January-November period, central bank data showed.
The combined net profit of Kosovo insurers totalled 5.1 million euro at the end of November, down from 7.6 million euro a year earlier, according to data published by the central bank.
The assets held by Kosovo insurance companies increased to 260.7 million euro at the end of November, from 238.6 million euro at the end of 2021.
