PRISTINA (Serbia), February 15 (SeeNews) - Kosovo's impending independence is being awaited with mixed feelings by its neighbours, each with a different set of circumstances to consider. Especially sensitive to a unilateral declaration of independence from Serbia are those countries, like the southern Serbian province, which are ethnically divided and fear Kosovo's 90% ethnic Albanians are setting a dangerous precedent.
