December 19 (SeeNews) - A consortium of two Kosovo construction companies signed with the country's infrastructure ministry a contract worth 2.4 million euro ($2.6 million) for the construction of a 6.3-kilometre road linking Kosovo’s southwestern village of Kerstec to Albania’s northeastern villages of Pakishte and Zapod, the ministry said on Tuesday.
