Kosovo opens 9.6 mln euro tender for industrial park construction

The tender winner will be required to conclude the project within three years from contract signing, the ministry said in a tender notice.

This will be the second industrial park in Drenas. It complements an existing 24-hectare park built in 2010 which accommodates around 40 businesses, according to the Kosovo enterprise support agency KIESA.

The second industrial park will be located on a 36.44-hectare site, and could host from 40 to 78 businesses, generating around 800 new jobs, local media reported.

Offers in the tender are accepted until August 14.
