May 19 (SeeNews) - Steel radiator manufacturer Korado Bulgaria [BUL:KBG], part of Czech Republic-based Korado Group, said on Wednesday that its shareholders endorsed the decisio9n to distribute a gross dividend of 0.29 levs ($0.18/0.14 euro) per share for 2020, equal to the payout for 2019.
Korado Bulgaria will distribute some 3.8 million levs as dividend for 2020, or 83.2% of last year's net profit, the company said in an e-mailed statement.
Korado Group CEO Vojtech Chamek told SeeNews in an interview in March that Korado Bulgaria will stick to its dividend payment policy, following a robust performance through the crisis-ridden 2020 thanks to support from its parent.
The company also said in its statement that its share price on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE) has been steadily growing since the beginning of 2021, exceeding 7 levs per share in May and marking the highest price for the period of 7.40 levs.
Korado Bulgaria's shares closed Wednesday's trading session 2.03% higher at 7.55 levs on the BSE, bourse data showed.
