Korado Bulgaria proposes flat dividend for H1

July 28 (SeeNews) - Steel radiator manufacturer Korado Bulgaria [BUL:KBG], part of Czech Republic-based Korado Group, proposed on Wednesday to distribute a dividend of 0.10 levs ($0.060/0.051 euro) per share for the first half of 2021, equal to the dividend payout for the same period of 2020.

Korado plans to distribute some 1.32 million levs as interim dividend for the first half of 2021, the company said in a statement.

The proposal will be put to the vote by the shareholders of Korado Bulgaria at their general meeting, to be held on September 15.

The company distributed a total dividend of 0.29 levs per share for 2020.

Korado Bulgaria's net profit fell to some 1.1 million levs in the first quarter of 2021 from 1.4 million in the corresponding period of 2020, according to the company's most recent financial statement.

Shares in Korado Bulgaria closed 0.61% lower at 8.20 levs on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange on Tuesday.
