Korado Bulgaria plans 0.10 euro/share dividend for 2023

March 28 (SeeNews) - Steel radiator manufacturer Korado Bulgaria [BUL:KBG], part of Czechia-based Korado Group, said on Thursday that it is proposing a gross dividend payout of 0.19 levs ($0.11/0.10 euro) per share for 2023.

Korado Bulgaria plans to return to its investors some 2.5 million levs in total, or about 70% of its net profit reported for last year, the company said in a press release.

Shareholders will vote on the proposal at a general meeting scheduled for June 19.

Last year, Korado distributed a gross dividend of 0.20 levs per share for 2022, or a total of 2.64 million levs.

The company booked a net profit of 3.57 million levs in 2023, with revenue amounting to 39.8 million levs and sales of 354,301 units, it said.

As of 1130 CET on Thursday, shares in Korado Bulgaria traded 2.35% higher at 4.36 levs on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.
