Once the transaction will be concluded, Integral will become the majority stakeholder in the company alongside the two co-founders and the chief executive officer, who will remain as co-investors, the investment firm said in a press release on Friday.
The deal follows the investment made by Integral a year ago in Breaktime, a provider of vending, office coffee, and clean water services in Bulgaria. Integral will look to create value from cross-cooperation between O'Fresh and Breaktime and may eventually explore combining them into a broader pan-regional business services group.
Integral Venture Partners is an independently owned private equity and growth capital investments company focused on the central and southeastern Europe region, operating out of hubs in London, Budapest, and Belgrade, according to its website.
Established in 2008, O'Fresh is a Romanian provider of vending services (snacks and drinks), office coffee solutions (OCS), and point of use bottle-free clean water services (POU bottle-free water coolers).
