June 6 (SeeNews) - Romania should increase excise duties and standard VAT rate, eliminate reduced VAT rates and adopt a system of progressive marginal personal income tax rates to boost fiscal revenues and reduce the budget deficit, the International Monetary Fund (IMF) said on Friday.
