August 10 (SeeNews) - The International Monetary Fund (IMF) sees Romania’s economy shrinking by 8.0%-8.5% this year and the country’s budget deficit expanding to 7.3% of gross domestic product (GDP), the head of an IMF mission to Romania, Jeffrey Franks, said on Monday.
