BELGRADE (Serbia), August 28 (SeeNews) – The International Monetary Fund (IMF) has agreed to a rise in Serbia's 2009 budget deficit to 4.5% of the projected Gross Domestic Product (GDP) from 3.0% and a freeze on taxes, salaries and pensions in 2010 in exchange for a comprehensive reform of the public sector, state-owned broadcaster RTS reported on Friday.
