AVA Shopping Park will host around 30 brands and will have a footprint of 19,000 square metres, IKEA said in a statement.

In late 2020, IKEA said it will invest 50 million euro ($53.11 million) in the shopping park. At the time, the furniture retailer said that it will span across 30,000 square metres.

The IKEA store opened in 2017 in the vicinity of the Bubanj Potok tollbooth, near Belgrade.
