May 28 (SeeNews) - Slovenian white goods manufacturer Gorenje [LJE:GRVG] said the Netherlands-headquartered Home Products Europe has disposed of a 4.999% stake in the company. Home Products Europe has sold it 1,220,984 shares in Gorenje on May 23, the Slovenian company said late on Friday. Earlier on Friday, Gorenje said that Hisense Luxembourg Home Appliance Holding S.a r.l., a member of China's Hisense Group, has increased its stake in the company to 27.75%.
