May 29 (SeeNews) - Romanian fixed-line operator Romtelecom has turned to an operating loss of 14.2 million euro ($22.2 million) in the first quarter, from a 26.6 million euro operating income a year earlier, under the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), the company's majority owner, Greek OTE, said on Thursday.
