November 4 (SeeNews) - Romanian fixed-line carrier RomTelecom swung to a 51.2 million euro ($73 million) operating loss in the first nine months of 2010 from 20.3 million euro operating profit a year earlier, the company's majority owner, Greece's OTE, said on Thursday.
