BELGRADE (Serbia), October 31, (SeeNews) - It raises eyebrows when people learn that Indjija, a once sleepy town of about 50,000 in northern Serbia, has boomed into an investment hot spot, attracting around $300 million (235 million euro) in foreign direct investment (FDI) over the last seven years with much more in the pipeline, according to the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID).
