Potential tenants are able to choose leasable office areas of 350 sq m to 1,450 sq m per floor. There are also 199 parking spaces available. The building has a certification under the BREEAM sustainability assessment framework, which is in line with Everty's ESG strategy.
The acquisition is seen as a significant step in Everty's development strategy in Bulgaria. The company added that it continues to look for further investment opportunities on the local real estate market.
In August last year, Everty Bulgaria purchased three properties in Sofia - two office buildings and a hotel, as part of a plan to invest up to 100 million euro ($108.4 million) in the country by 2024.
