March 11 (SeeNews) - The European Commission said on Wednesday it has decided to open infringement procedures against Romania by sending the country letters of formal notice for failing to correctly transpose the Seveso III Directive on industrial safety standards and the EU rules on legal aid for suspects and accused persons as well as for failing to submit all the information required in its integrated national energy and climate progress report.
