BELGRADE (Serbia), October 24 (SeeNews) - EU Enlargement Commissioner Olli Rehn said on Wednesday that the European Union has technically completed the draft of the Stabilisation and Association Agreement (SAA) with Serbia, but the main barrier before its signing was the country’s insufficient cooperation with with the international war crimes tribunal.
