September 13 (SeeNews) - The European Union has allocated 4.8 million euro ($5.15 million) to fund Albania's Institute of Statistics (INSTAT) for the population and housing census, which will begin on September 18, the EU ambassador to Albania, Luigi Soreca, said on Wednesday.
