The Cortina Forest complex is expected to feature over 400 apartments and is being developed on a 30,000 sq m plot in northern Bucharest, Eden Capital said in a press release.

"We expect to start construction works during the coming autumn and to complete this outstanding complex over the course of two years," said Elena Dumitrache, director of sales at Eden Capital Development.

Founded in 2009, Eden Capital Development has developed a total of eight residential complexes in Romania and delivered over 4,000 apartments.

In March, Eden Capital announced it will invest approximately 100 million euro in two of its existing residential complexes in Bucharest, as well as a new project in the northern part of the capital.

In November, the developer announced its intention to invest 25 million euro in a new luxury residential complex near Bucharest.
