July 25 (SeeNews) - Dutch-registered emerging markets property developer Plaza Centers, a subsidiary of Israel's Elbit Medical Imaging, said on Wednesday it plans to invest 115 million euro ($158 million) in a retail project in the northeastern Romanian city of Iasi, and one billion euro in central and eastern Europe in the next three to five years.
