The shareholders approved a proposal to retain the company’s net profit of 2.7 million euro for 2023, it said in a filing to the Zagreb bourse.
Last year, they decided to use 178,500 kuna ($25,400/24,000 euro) out of the company’s net profit of 2.5 million kuna for 2022 to cover the loss reported for 2021, and to retain the remaining 2.3 million kuna.
Zagrebacke Pekarne Klara's shares last traded on the ZSE on May 15 when they closed flat at 35 euro.
