Croatia’s Vetti acquires Veterinarska Stanica Grada Zagreba

June 11 (SeeNews) - Croatia’s largest veterinary company Vetti Group has acquired local peer Veterinarska Stanica Grada Zagreba, data from the court registry showed.

The Commercial Court in Zagreb registered Vetti as the new owner of Veterinarska Stanica Grada Zagreba on May 28.

The value of the deal was not announced.

According to data from the court registry, Veterinarska Stanica Grada Zagreba’s previous owners were 22 individuals.

Veterinarska Stanica Grada Zagreba posted revenue of 1.54 million euro ($1.65 million) in 2023, down from 1.69 million euro in 2022, according to data provided by Dun & Bradstreet. In 2023, it had 28 employees.

Vetti is majority-owned by local Provectus Capital Partners’ fund. In December Vetti announced a series of acquisitions and a 20 million euro investment plan. In January, the company acquired peer Gancevic Veterina in Split.
