December 1 (SeeNews) - Croatian venture capital fund Feelsgood signed an agreement to invest 1.3 million euro ($1.5 million) to acquire 40% of local startup BE-ON, an advisory firm specialised in consulting services for individuals facing financial problems, BE-ON said.
“It is a significant investment and recognition of what we have been doing for three years already – helping individuals regain personal financial freedom and exit a vicious circle by restructuring,” BE-ON's co-founder and CEO Sabine Gradistanac Skrgatic said in a statement.

Feelsgood is the first Croatian venture capital fund for investments with social effect. It has an investment capital portfolio of 30 million euro.
The European Investment Fund one of the largest investors in Feelsgood.
