Croatia's Tankerska boosts stake in Atlantska Plovidba

July 5 (SeeNews) - Croatia's shipping company Tankerska Plovidba has raised its stake in peer Atlantska Plovidba [ZSE:ATPL] to 71.16% from 64.51% following a buyout bid for the company.

A total of 513 shareholders of Atlantska Plovidba, holding a combined 6.65% stake, accepted Tankerska Plovidba's offer, Atlantska Plovidba said in a filing with the Zagreb bourse earlier this week.

Tankerska Plovidba offered 53.60 euro ($58) per each share in the offer which was launched in May.

Atlantska Plovidba’s shares last traded on the Zagreb bourse on June 18, when it closed flat at 53 euro.

($ = 0.923 euro)
