May 29 (SeeNews) - Croatian civil engineering company Ingra [ZSE:INGR] would propose to its shareholders to skip dividend distribution for last year, it said.
The company's net profit of 2.5 million euro reported for 2022 will be retained, the company said in a filing with the Zagreb bourse on Friday.
The shareholders will vote on the proposal on July 5.
The shareholders will also put to the vote a proposal to authorise the management to increase Ingra's equity capital by up to 8.99 million euro to 26.97 million euro by issuing new shares once or several times over the next five years, it added.
The company skipped dividend distribution last year, deciding instead to use its net profit of 7.2 million kuna ($1 million/956,000 euro) reported for 2021 to cover losses from previous years.
Ingra's shares traded 2.0% higher at 3.06 euro intraday on Monday on the Zagreb bourse, where it was the most traded stock for the day.
