Hrvatski Telekom

Hrvatski Telekom repurchased 1,704 shares on Thursday and a further 500 own shares on Friday, as part of a programme to buy own shares announced in April 2021, the company said in a filing with the Zagreb Stock Exchange (ZSE).

It has said earlier that it plans to buy back up to three million of its own shares by 2026 under the programme that aims to withdraw stocks that have no nominal value without reducing the share capital. It also said back then it will offer some of the repurchased shares to its employees.

The telco's shares rose 1.05% close at 28.90 euro ($31.58) on Monday on the ZSE.
