Croatian wine maker Kutjevo proposes 0.15 euro dividend p/s

November 6 (SeeNews) - Croatia's largest wine producer Kutjevo [ZSE:KTJV] said on Monday it has proposed to its shareholders to pay a dividend of 0.15 euro ($0.16) per share.

The overall dividend amounts to 1.07 million euro and will be paid out of the company’s net profit for 2019, Kutjevo said in filing to the Zagreb bourse.

Shareholders will vote on the proposal on December 13.

Record date is December 19, ex-dividend date is December 18 and payment date is December 20.

Last year, Kutjevo distributed a dividend of 0.12 euro per share.

The company shares last traded on October 30, ending 2% higher at 5.10 euro on the Zagreb bourse.
