Croatian wine maker Kutjevo plans to skip dividend

May 31 (SeeNews) - Croatia's largest wine producer Kutjevo [ZSE:KTJV] proposed to its shareholders to skip dividend distribution this year, it said on Friday.

The company will retain 1.32 million euro ($1.43 million) out of its net profit of 1.39 million euro reported for last year and will allocate to its mandatory reserves the remaining 69,500 euro, Kutjevo said in filing to the Zagreb bourse.

The shareholders will vote on the proposal on July 15.

Last year, Kutjevo distributed a dividend of 0.15 euro per share out of its net profit reported for 2019.

Kutjevo’s shares last traded on May 28 on the Zagreb bourse, closing 3.73% higher at 5.0 euro.
