ZAGREB (Croatia), December 1 (SeeNews) - Croatian software developer Infinum said on Wednesday it has acquired its North Macedonia-based peer 3P Development for an undisclosed sum.

The acquisition comes after years of Infinum growing organically and starting offices in new locations from scratch, the Croatian company said in a statement.

3P Development employs around 30 engineers, designers and project managers with strong experience working with big international clients in the telecommunications, retail, and hospitality industries.

The acquisition is subject to approval by North Macedonia's competition authority, Infinum said.

Infinum and 3P Development have been partners since 2017. The Infinum's team in North Macedonia will be led by Gjorgi Kosev, founder and CEO of 3P Development.

Infinum recently opened offices in London and Montenegro's capital Podgorica.
