ZAGREB (Croatia), March 6 (SeeNews) – The Croatian Parliament adopted late on Wednesday the country’s 2008 budget which aims to keep deficit at some 2.3% of gross domestic product (GDP), state broadcaster HRT reported. "A total of 81 members of the parliament voted in favour of the budget and 48 voted against it," HRT reported, adding that the budgeted deficit aims to support the competitiveness of the Croatian economy.
