Croatian govt approves Porec’s 8.8 mln euro loan from PBZ

June 13 (SeeNews) - The Croatian government on Thursday allowed the authorities of the northern Adriatic town of Porec to borrow 8.8 million euro ($9.5 million) from Privredna Banka Zagreb, the local unit of Italian banking group Intesa, finance minister Marko Primorac said.

The funding from the loan will be used to finance capital projects - the construction of two kindergarten, Primorac told a weekly cabinet meeting, as seen in a video recording published on Youtube.

The loan will be allocated in two tranches, at fixed annual interest rates and with a 15-year maturity.
