January 28 (SeeNews) - Croatia will relax some of the anti-coronavirus measures starting February 1 as the number of new infections is declining, prime minister Andrej Plenkovic said on Thursday.
Students from 5th to 8th grade will attend school in person and more sports activities will be permitted, especially those that take place outdoors, Plenkovic said in a statement.
The measures will be revised in mid-February, depending on the development of the epidemiological situation, Plenkovic added.
As of Wednesday, Croatia has confirmed a total of 230,359 coronavirus cases, including 4,913 deaths.
