May 6 (SeeNews) - Croatia launched works on the second phase of a 186 million euro ($27 million/25 million euro) retention basin project that aims to prevent the Dobra river from flooding the town of Ogulin and its surroundings, some 100 kilometres southwest of the capital Zagreb, environment minister Tomislav Coric said.
