Edges Up to 4.0%", and in the first para "... remained unchanged month-on-month at 3.8% in July," instead of "rose to 4.0% month-on-month in July", to comply with a correction of the July jobless rate figures issued by the source. Please also read in the table 3.8 instead of 4.0 (corrects July'08 unemployment rate figure).
