April 28 (SeeNews) - A consortium led by Swiss-based Mabco Constructions, owned by entrepreneur Behgjet Pacolli of Kosovan origin, has so far invested 140 million euro ($159 million) in the construction of an airport in the Albanian Adriatic city of Vlora, above the planned amount of 104 million euro, infrastructure minister Belinda Balluku said on Sunday.
