November 19 (SeeNews) - Romanian lender Banca Transilvania (BT) [BSE:TLV] said on Tuesday that its chief financial officer (CFO) - George-Razvan Calinescu, and deputy chief executive offer (CEO) - Gabriela-Cristina Nistor, have both decreased their interest in the company.
George-Razvan Calinescu sold 150,000 shares in five transactions on the Bucharest bourse at an average price of 2.47 lei ($0.57/0.52 euro) per share, Banca Transilvania said in a bourse filing.
Gabriela-Cristina Nistor sold 600,000 shares in seven transactions, also priced at 2.47 lei per share.
Banca Transilvania has 5,215,917,925 outstanding shares.
As at 9:30 CET on Tuesday, Banca Transilvania shares traded at 2.48 lei, unchanged from their previous closing price on the Bucharest Stock Exchange.
