Bulgaria's Speedy to pay 2.94 euro/share dividend for 2023

July 4 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian parcel delivery company Speedy [BUL:SPDY] said its shareholders approved a gross dividend payout of 5.75 levs ($3.16/2.94 euro) per share for 2023.

The company will distribute as dividend 30.9 million levs in total out of its net profit of some 37 million levs reported for last year, Speedy said in a bourse filing last week. The remaining earnings will be kept as undistributed profit.

Speedy paid out a gross dividend of 5.25 levs per share for 2022, or a total of 28.2 million levs, according to previously disclosed data.

Shares in Speedy last traded on Wednesday when they closed at 185.00 levs on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, bourse data show.
