Bulgaria's Port Fleet 99 to pay 0.03 euro/share dividend for 2023

June 12 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian ship towage company Port Fleet 99 [BUL:PF99] said its investors approved the distribution of a gross dividend of 0.06 levs ($0.033/0.031 euro) per share for 2023.

Port Fleet 99 will pay out 120,504 levs in total out of its net profit of some 3.03 million levs reported for last year, the company said in a bourse filing on Tuesday. The remaining earnings will be retained as undistributed profit.

The dividend will be disbursed between July 22 and August 22.

Last year, Port Fleet 99 distributed a gross dividend of 0.05 levs per share for 2022, or a total of 100,420 levs, according to previously disclosed information.

Shares in Port Fleet 99 last traded on May 14 when they closed at 8.40 levs on the BaSE market of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, bourse data show.
