May 7 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian water utility ViK Plovdiv said that it has extended the deadline for submitting offers in an 81.9 million levs ($45.3 million/41.9 million euro) tender for a water supply and sewage infrastructure upgrade contract to June 6 from May 11.
The deadline extension was necessary due to the state of emergency in Bulgaria over the coronavirus pandemic, the company said in a notice earlier this week.
The project benefits from EU funding under Operational Programme Environment 2014-2020.
Bids will be ranked based on price and technical criteria, with 50% weight each.
