June 14 (SeeNews) - Bulgarian drug trader Phoenix Pharma, part of Germany's Phoenix Group, has signed a 1.4 million levs ($804,000/716,000 euro) deal for supply of pharmaceutical products to local Pirogov hospital, Sofia's main emergency hospital said.
The deal was signed on May 23, Pirogov hospital said in a notice on Thursday.
A total of 65 companies submitted offers in the public procurement procedure for awarding the contract.
Besides wholesale, Phoenix Pharma's activities also include pre-wholesale, as well as development of pharmacy software. The company has four distribution centres in Bulgaria - in the cities of Sofia, Plovdiv, Burgas and Veliko Tarnovo.
