October 2 (SeeNews) - Bulgaria's consolidated budget is projected to be in deficit of 2.8 billion levs ($1.6 billion/1.4 billion euro) in the first nine months of this year, equivalent to 1.4% of the gross domestic product (GDP) forecast for the year, the finance ministry said, quoting preliminary data.
