Mak's total revenue more than doubled in the nine months through September, to 39.2 million levs from 16 million levs a year earlier, the company said in an interim financial statement.

The company's operating expenses also widened, to some 30.9 million levs from 14.9 million levs. The increase was driven by costs for hired services, which grew to 12.1 million levs from 5 million levs, as well as a negative change in inventory.

Gabrovo-based Mak manufactures police, firefighter and military uniforms, and has a portfolio of over 400 products.

Shares in Mak last traded at 37.00 levs on the BaSE market of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, bourse data show.
